Lee Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join their team in Cape Coral, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience in Pelvic Health or a desire to work with Pelvic Health patients. As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient clinics, you will have the time and resources to provide one-on-one care with 45-minute treatment sessions, ensuring high-quality interactions and better patient outcomes. With a maximum of 10 patients per day, you'll have the opportunity to focus on delivering personalized care without the burden of overwhelming caseloads. Lee Health offers a competitive salary range of $76,024.00 - $123,884.80 annually, as well as exceptional benefits, including up to $22,000 hiring incentive, expense-paid on-site interview, and unique program opportunities. Responsibilities
Examine, evaluate, and test individuals with mechanical, physiological, and developmental impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities or other health and movement-related conditions. Design, implement, and modify treatment interventions to alleviate impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities. Reduce the risk of injury, impairment, functional limitation, and disability, as well as promote and maintain fitness, health, and wellness in populations of all ages. Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy required. Physical Therapy License required. Critical thinking, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, responsibility, professionalism, and commitment to learning.
