About the Practice South Arbor Animal Hospital is looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician to add to our dedicated team.
No weekends, no late nights, Wednesdays or Tuesdays off . We work together to establish and uphold the highest standards of patient care. We strive to cultivate a supportive, fun environment that encourages camaraderie and opportunities to learn and grow. 80% of our staff has been with us for over 2 years and 30% of our staff has been with us for over 5 years.

Responsibilities
Assist veterinarians in providing medical care to patients
Complete testing and treatments prescribed by veterinarian
Under the guidance of veterinarian monitor anesthetic procedures
Perform anesthetic dental cleanings of canine and feline patients
Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment
Educate pet owners on proper animal care
Skills
Aseptic surgical assistant techniques
Anesthetic monitoring
Canine and feline dental radiography
Venipuncture and intravenous catheter placement
Proficiency in veterinary terminology and procedures
