Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - $2,196/week
Immediate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) contract opportunity with our client facility in Falmouth, MA.
Pay and Schedule
Estimated weekly travel pay package: $2,196
Local candidate pay rate: $48/hr
Work Schedule: 3:00pm – 11:00pm (rotating schedule); Every other weekend; 40 hours/week
Contract Details
13 weeks to start (with option to extend)
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents, and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants, in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility.
Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility.
Meet with assigned nursing staff and support personnel to plan the shifts' services, programs, and activities.
Complete and file required recordkeeping forms/charts upon the resident's admission, transfer, and/or discharge.
Encourage attending physicians to review treatment plans, record and sign their orders and progress notes, in accordance with established policies.
Qualifications
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active MA LPN license
BLS/CPR and AED Certification is required
