Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a Med Surg and Telemetry setting.
Monitor patient vital signs, assess symptoms, and administer medications as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Ensure patient safety and comfort through effective communication and intervention.
Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies.
