Overview
Join our Dimondale Nursing Care Center team. Our Skilled Nursing team delivers specialized care to patients across a variety of areas and provides an autonomous role within a robust interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities
Perform a variety of treatments and care activities, including would care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis as assigned. Administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition. Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients. Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with patients, families, and visitors to support a positive healing environment. Oversee the Nurse Aide team including giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations. Qualifications
A current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan; current CPR-BLS certification. An Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree, or higher. Strong analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to complex problems. Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Team player mindset with dedication to supporting colleagues. Compensation and Benefits
Starting wages: $29.15 per hour Shift Premium: $4.00 per hour (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM) and $5.00 per hour (6:30 PM – 10:30 PM) PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay Yearly wage increases PLUS Sign On Bonus up to $10,000 for Full Time Best-in-class benefits: Tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 per year; tuition discount at Hondros College of Nursing; RN loan repayment up to $10,000 total Medical – no deductible or co-pay; low cost per paycheck Dental & Vision Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay Company-paid Short Term Disability & Life Insurance Unlimited referral bonuses (up to $1,500 per referral) 401(k) with employer match Schedule and Location
