Join us and be part of something bigger than a job! Responsibilities As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will diagnose, treat, and manage communication and swallowing disorders across all ages. Your expertise will cover speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing skills. Key responsibilities include: Assessment and Diagnosis:
Conduct evaluations using standardized assessments, observations, and diagnostic tools to identify communication challenges and establish accurate diagnoses. Treatment Planning and Intervention:
Develop personalized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapy to improve communication and swallowing functions. Therapeutic Interventions:
Implement interventions such as articulation drills, language exercises, voice therapy, and fluency strategies, providing guidance and feedback to clients. Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC):
Assess and implement AAC systems for individuals with severe communication impairments, collaborating with families and caregivers. Dysphagia Management:
Evaluate and treat swallowing disorders, ensuring safe and effective swallowing, preventing aspiration, and improving nutritional intake. Qualifications Master's Degree in an accredited Speech Language Pathology program Current license/certification in the state of practice Keywords: CCC-SLP, Clinical, Therapy Language Disorder, Articulation, Aphasia, Swallowing Rehabilitation, Cognitive-Communication, Fluency.
