Harmony United Psychiatric Care is part of Harmony United Healthcare LLC. We are a network of outpatient mental health clinics providing comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in-person and virtual visits via a secure telehealth platform. Our services include psychiatric/psychological evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy & counseling, and neuropsychological testing. Our team includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above, with individualized care for patients\' needs. Qualifications
Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D., Psy.D.) Experience in conducting neurocognitive and neuropsychological testing is preferred Must have a license in the state of Florida or be in the process of obtaining one Outpatient experience is preferred Responsibilities
Provide psychological assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of mental health conditions Provide different modalities of psychotherapy and counseling services Provide neuropsychological and neurocognitive testing services (optional) or offer psychotherapy/counseling services only, neuropsychological testing only, or a combination of both Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers) Provide psychoeducation to patients and families about mental health conditions, findings, and therapeutic strategies Document services in compliance with company policies and procedures Stay current with advancements through continuing education and professional development Compensation & Benefits
Excellent base compensation Monthly productivity bonus Quarterly performance bonus Testing materials provided by the company Additional day for additional pay (up to $33,000 additional per year) Supervising provider responsibilities with additional compensation Potential to earn $150,000+ annually with a 40-hour work week Health, Vision, and Dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer match up to 4% Paid time off and paid holidays CME expense reimbursement Group malpractice insurance Work Schedule
Four 10-hour shifts per week or five 8-hour shifts per week Office open Monday–Thursday Availability to work additional days via telemedicine for additional pay (Friday–Sunday) Option to work 50% telemedicine once productivity is achieved Notices
