Overview Clinical Supervisor role focusing on development, implementation, and oversight of ABA programs, supervision of staff, and collaboration with families. Ensures clinical quality and compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and payor standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized ABA programs.

Conduct and supervise functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.

Monitor and ensure clinical quality through regular treatment plan reviews and fidelity checks.

Uphold compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and insurance payor standards.

Provide regular, structured supervision to BCBAs, RBTs, and BCBA candidates in alignment with BACB standards.

Support onboarding and clinical training of new staff members.

Mentor junior BCBAs on clinical decision-making, ethics, and professional development.

Supervision & Mentorship

Provide regular, structured supervision to BCBAs, RBTs, and BCBA candidates in alignment with BACB standards.

Support onboarding and clinical training of new staff members.

Mentor junior BCBAs on clinical decision-making, ethics, and professional development.

Program & Policy Development

Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop and refine clinic policies, procedures, and best practices.

Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Participate in audits, internal quality assurance processes, and parent/staff satisfaction efforts.

Family Collaboration

Conduct caregiver training and ensure meaningful parent involvement in treatment planning.

Address parent questions and concerns in a responsive and professional manner.

Guide families in understanding treatment goals, progress, and transitions.

Qualifications

Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in an ABA setting (pediatric focus preferred).

Experience supervising BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.

Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorders, ABA best practices, and clinical programming.

Commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and inclusive care.

Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
