Responsibilities Our Senior Behavioral Health unit at Saint John Hospital is a 30-bed unit that provides personalized care for adults over 55 years of age experiencing acute symptoms associated with dementia and/or a mental health condition such as bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, etc. Our interdisciplinary approach includes a highly qualified and experienced team of professionals who offer a variety of treatment modalities.

The Role:

100% inpatient care

Full-time

Days

Monday–Friday

Experience with behavioral health required, PMHNP preferred

Patient load 18-22 / day

EPIC EMR

Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

MSN with specialization as an ARNP or PMHNP

Licensed in the State of Kansas as an Advanced Practice Nurse

BLS certification, upon hire and maintained current

One to two years of experience as a practitioner in behavioral health preferred

Previous experience with electronic health record
