Minimum Education : Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Minimum Work Experience : Previous experience in Physical Therapy preferred. Licenses, Certifications
Eligible for or licensed by the Texas Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy Examiners. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required through the American Heart Association or other pre-approved accredited program. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Knowledge of regulations, QA and procedures, and quality patient care. Successful completion of department-specific and/or hospital-required training courses. Ability to treat patients of all ages from pediatric to geriatric. About OakBend
