Competitive Pay with a PRN Edge: Earn a starting base pay range of $18.00 - $23.40 per hour, based on your experience. Plus, enjoy a 10% PRN differential on top of your base wage for the flexibility you provide!
Boost Your Earnings with Shift Differentials:
Evening Owls Rejoice! Earn an extra 10% of your base wage for shifts worked after 6:00 PM.
Weekend Warrior Bonus! Take home an additional 15% of your base wage for weekend shifts.

What You'll Be Doing Under the direct supervision of an RN or LPN, you will:
Provide essential care to patients, meeting their physical and psychological needs with compassion and respect.
Assist with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort and hygiene.
Support the nursing staff with routine tasks to maintain a well-organized and efficient unit.
Demonstrate flexibility in meeting the diverse needs of our patients and the unit as a whole.
Contribute to a positive and supportive environment for both patients and colleagues.
Minimum Qualifications What you'll need to bring:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Current Colorado State Certified Nurse Aide (C.N.A.) certification – This is a must!
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (can be obtained with 120 days of hire).
Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant.
