Responsibilities Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and image quality. Able to communicate exam details to patients and alleviate their anxiety. Understand patient positioning, imaging techniques, radiation safety, imaging equipment, infection control, and quality control. Capable of supervising students providing patient care, treatment, and services during their training.

Qualifications Required:

RO (State Radiography License)

and

ARRT-R

and

must obtain one of the following within 18 months of hire: ARRT-VI, ARRT-CI, ARRT-CV, or RCIS.

OR

ROT (Temp State Radiography License)

and

must obtain ARRT-R prior to ROT expiration, along with one of the following within 18 months of hire: ARRT-VI, ARRT-CI, ARRT-CV, or RCIS.

Desired:

One year of interventional radiology experience.
