$2,000 sign-on bonus . We have multiple full-time schedules available: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, or 11:00 pm - 7:30 am, all with rotating weekends. This position involves working onsite to support individuals seeking mental health support, collaborating with a team of professionals to provide high-quality care while maintaining safety and integrity. Responsibilities include supporting medication management, conducting physical and mental health assessments, providing supportive counseling, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires a current Virginia LPN license, at least one year of medication administration experience, and a valid Virginia Driver's License. Support our staff psychiatrist by prescribing, administering, and monitoring medications. Conduct assessments, provide counseling, and ensure safe medication handling. Must hold a Virginia LPN license, with experience in medication administration, substance abuse treatment, psychiatric care, or long-term care.
