Role and Responsibilities
An active massage therapist license in the appropriate state is required for this role.
Ability to carry massage therapy liability insurance.
Customized treatment plans based on individual client’s needs to deliver quality results.
Create an exceptional healing experience for each member/guest through routine visits and long‑term treatment plans.
Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 1+ year of practice as a licensed massage therapist.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Committed to continuing education and professional development.
Knowledge of a variety of massage techniques and an individualized treatment approach.
Compensation $35.00 - $65.00 per hour.
Additional Information Full‑time and part‑time opportunities across over 500 locations in the U.S. Flexible schedules available.
