Under moderate-to-general supervision, provides clinical services to assigned client populations and assists in developing and coordinating clinical programs. Essential Job Functions
Performs clinical services, including intakes, therapeutic interventions such as group, individual, and family therapy, and crisis intervention. Maintains and completes service documentation such as psychosocial assessments, case notes, court reports, and letters according to standards. Conducts case reviews, determines treatment plans, and develops after-care plans based on client progress. Collaborates with external agents, including school officials, family members, and other health agencies. Participates in staff meetings, treatment planning meetings, case conferences, and clinical seminars. Writes correspondence on behalf of clients and families, such as court reports and letters of recommendation. Assists in the development and coordination of clinical programs as needed. Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in social services or related field with certification or licensure (e.g., LPCC, LPCA, LMFT). Two to three years of clinical experience, including post-master's experience. Knowledge of mental and physical characteristics of the population, psychotherapy, and human behavior. Basic knowledge of community resources and SCS services. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle a caseload with varying client needs. Physical Demands and Requirements
Exposure to potential threats of bodily harm. Possible exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissue. Requirement to be on twenty-four-hour call at times. Reliable transportation for travel between work sites. Benefits
