Gerresheimer Peachtree City L.P., established in 1993 in Peachtree City, GA, is part of the Plastics & Devices Division. It manufactures and assembles precision molded plastic parts for the medical industry in a 132,000 sq. ft. facility with 200 employees.
Job Description
Follow safety protocols and ensure equipment cleanliness.
Operate and troubleshoot high-speed automation systems.
Collaborate with team leaders for line clearance and 5S practices.
Communicate with production teams, supervisors, and engineers to maintain quality standards.
Accurately document practices and procedures.
Read layout drawings and wiring schematics.
Install electrical components and conduct diagnostic tests on products.
Analyze and resolve root causes of ongoing quality issues related to assembly, molds, or molding processes, including supporting technical processes.
Provide technical status updates to supervisors, production managers, and maintenance leads.
Assist in production planning based on customer needs, machine availability, and mold scheduling.
Build team technical skills through hands-on training.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
At least 2 years of relevant manufacturing or technical experience; GMP knowledge is a plus.
Experience with high-speed automation and molding components preferred.
Ability to install and work with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components.
Strong skills in reading mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic prints.
Understanding of production processes with proven leadership abilities.
Attention to detail and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Work environment includes clean room conditions.
12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.
