Design and implement HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial, healthcare, and educational facilities. Create detailed design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure successful project execution. Conduct site inspections to ensure conformance with design specifications and safety standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC and plumbing systems. Provide technical advice to clients and team members. Stay up-to-date with HVAC and plumbing technologies, standards, and best practices. Participate in project meetings and present design proposals and progress reports to stakeholders. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on HVAC and plumbing design Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Experience designing HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial, healthcare, or educational facilities Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, materials, and design standards Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus Willingness to travel to project sites as needed Equal Employment Opportunity
