to find a

Senior Project Manager

to join their growing team in

Beloit, Wisconsin .

Key Responsibilities

Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specs, scope, schedule, and budget.

Mentor and collaborate with Project Managers on large-scale jobs.

Prepare accurate cost estimates, proposals, and project schedules.

Manage communications with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams.

Conduct internal and external project meetings, pre-construction planning, and closeouts.

Lead procurement of permits and coordinate with governing authorities.

Issue and track RFIs, RFPs, and change orders.

Monitor subcontractor performance, safety compliance, and project milestones.

Ensure timely project billing, cost tracking, and reporting.

Promote safety culture and uphold OSHA and company safety standards.

Visit job sites regularly and work closely with superintendents on project progress.

Qualifications

Education:

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

7–10 years in construction project management.

6+ years in blueprint/spec reading and design.

Proven track record of managing complex commercial construction projects.

Certifications:

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, Forklift, and Aerial certifications (must be obtained within the first year).

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Experience with Viewpoint Vista.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Ability to multitask, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure.

Experience in coaching, team development, and performance management.

Travel Requirements Up to 50% travel may be required between CCI locations or job sites.
