As a Panel Fabricator I, you will layout and assemble control panels and wire panels to devices across our product lines. You will work with customers to deliver larger, more complex solutions and contribute to a team focused on best-in-class energy solutions. Essential duties and responsibilities

Assemble and wire control cabinet panels and wire entire machine/system; provide electrical support for debugging operations. Interpret schematics, Bills of Materials, drawings, and manufacturer guidelines to achieve the desired results. Perform general labor duties as required, reading and interpreting basic electrical symbols, procedures, setup and operation of electrical equipment. Layout and assemble electrical components to back panels and control cabinets. Wire all electrical components on machinery. Proficient use of hand and power tools, soldering irons, bending conduit, mechanical and electronic test equipment to verify product standards. Interface with Machine Builders to accomplish goals. Maintain general cleanliness of work area. Willingness to work overtime and adjusted schedules. Minimum of five years' experience wiring machinery or equivalent experience. High School Diploma or GED required. Applicable Electronics or Technical Degree a plus. Skills and Abilities

Regular attendance is critical and required for this position. Active listening, thoughtful communication, and effective information conveyance. Managing time effectively and reading/comprehending schematics and blueprints. Ability to interpret various instructions and symbols; transfer information from drawings to the project; incorporate design changes. Strong communication skills. Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; or standing/walking. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; able to access all areas of the facility and traverse manufacturing areas. Must be able to stand, bend, crawl, stretch, lay, and squat to maintain equipment. Work Environment

Time is spent both in office settings and in the plant with low to moderate exposure to noise, heat, and cold. Walking, bending, hand dexterity, speaking, seeing, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds required. Steel toe shoes, earplugs, and safety glasses are always required on the production floor. Benefits
