Tool & Die Maker (2nd Shift)
Location: Lincoln, IL, United States
Shift: 3:30 PM – Midnight
Hourly wage: $33.67 – $39.54 + $1 shift differential

What You’ll Do
Plan, layout, construct, alter, and repair a variety of tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges, progressive or single‑station metal dies and molds
Repair or adjust metal dies while in the press
Modify and repair, or construct fixtures and bowl‑feeding equipment used on automated machines
Maintain a safe and clean work area and adhere to all facility safety guidelines; encourage communication and participation of personnel to identify and reduce hazards
Run the machines safely, with all safeguards applied, and ensure safety of others
Adhere to and support all facility environmental guidelines and procedures to identify and reduce waste and raw material consumption
Organize and maintain cleanliness of work area, support procedures for quality and plant manufacturing principles
Qualifications
Completed a tool and die maker apprenticeship or equivalent education required for an apprenticeship
At least six months prior experience as a tool and die maker in a manufacturing environment
High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
Relocation is provided from within the United States
Eaton does not sponsor immigration for this position
Individuals may be placed in an apprenticeship‑training program to become fully qualified as a tool and die maker; criteria require a high school diploma or GED
