What You’ll Do
Oversee daily maintenance operations, including buildings, grounds, and amenities
Complete service requests, apartment turnovers, and preventative maintenance
Supervise vendors and in‑house staff; assist with hiring, training, and performance
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
Respond to after‑hours emergencies when needed
Maintain inventory and operate within budget
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in multifamily housing
Strong HVAC background with EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
Skilled in general maintenance: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry
Reliable transportation and basic tools required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to walk the property regularly and work in all weather conditions
