Structural Steel Fabricators
for shop work in Pittsfield, Maine. This position offers a fixed base location, competitive wages, and a challenging career. Job Responsibilities
Responsible for cutting, fitting, and welding projects as directed. Qualifications/Requirements
At least 5 years of prior structural steel fabrication experience. Ability to read and understand shop fabrication drawings, and to layout, fit-up, and form material according to the prints. Knowledge of pipe bending machines, plate shear, press brake, plate rolls, and oxy-fuel/plasma torches. Ability to pass a tack welding test. Good understanding of welding symbols.
