$280,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr We are seeking a dynamic Project Executive to spearhead growth in the NYC/Westchester/Southern CT region for a well-established general contractor with a booming healthcare division. This is a career-defining leadership opportunity for someone with strong industry relationships and a passion for growth. A century-old construction management firm with deep roots in the Northeast, known for its integrity, quality, and internal advancement. With a robust $200MM annual revenue in healthcare alone, the company is strategically expanding its footprint beyond Long Island into NYC, Westchester, and Southern Connecticut. Description Lead healthcare projects across NYC, Westchester, and Southern CT Drive business development and foster long-term client relationships Oversee project teams, budgets, and schedules to ensure top-tier delivery Collaborate with senior leadership to shape regional growth strategy Represent the firm with confidence and professionalism in client-facing roles Profile An ambitious and strategic construction leader with at least 10 years of healthcare project experience at a general contractor.
