Mechanical Engineer – HVAC/Plumbing

This full‑time role focuses on the engineering and design of HVAC and plumbing systems for a variety of facilities, including power generation buildings, substations, oil & gas structures and energy storage plants. Key Responsibilities
Design and construct HVAC and plumbing systems for diverse facility types. Perform design reviews, code compliance checks, and technical submittals. Employ CFD and other advanced studies to optimize system performance. Support energy audit and efficiency studies and LEED‑related sustainable design initiatives. Collaborate with project teams across global locations, providing innovative engineering solutions. Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of NFPA, ASHRAE, SMACNA, ASPE, and ICC codes. Experience with HVAC heat load calculations, energy modeling, and HVAC equipment sizing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam Revu, and other design software. LEED AP certification, particularly for industrial buildings. Experience with large‑scale water‑cooled chillers. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or related engineering discipline. Minimum of 5 years of related work experience. Active engineering registration or licensing suitable for support engineer‑of‑record responsibilities. Ability to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements, including background checks. Work Environment and Schedule
Typical office environment with frequent computer use and occasional site visits. Hybrid or flexible work options available after the first 90 days. Physical tasks may include crouching, grasping, and standing/walking for extended periods during site visits. Compensation and Benefits
