What our HVAC Technicians do? Our technicians go into clients' homes to help solve their HVAC problems. They troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventive maintenance.

Competitive Compensation – with our tools, resources, and training, technicians can make over $48 per hour. Base salary and bonus program reward hard work and customer service; top technicians earn over $100,000 per year.
2 weeks Paid Time Off for all new hires.
Consistent and reliable full‑time year‑round work.
Flexible scheduling: multiple shift opportunities and flexible days of the week; 4–10 shift availability.

Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
Relevant licenses and certifications.

Salary: $20 - $45 per hour.
