Monitor status of construction jobs to ensure intervals are met
Perform quality control (QC) on completed jobs and verify as-builts
Perform QC on production reports and invoices to confirm proper billing

Review and Approve Contractor Invoicing
Update Workfront with Project Progress and Required/Requested Information
Ensure Project Material Reconciliation
Communicate with Developers, Contractors, Internal Departments, and all other parties involved to ensure timely project completion
