Lead Preventative Maintenance Technician

Shift CWW Schedule
Pay Rate $23 - $26 Hourly DOE
Location Hillsboro, OR

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee FOUP docking, run open/close sequence, N2 purge, and check for alarms and report to customer team.
Support routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating lateral rails and cleaning in confined spaces per module documentation.
Manage inventory of tooling and resources (e.g., shark cages, utility cages) in Fuzion; oversee test wafer and chamber conditioning.
Oversee safety and cleanliness through fab/sub‑fab walks; complete post‑PM recovery, test fire, and qualification procedures.
Requirements
Required Min 2 years on any semiconductor toolset.
Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics, diagrams, and equipment manuals.
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands‑on experience in disassembly and assembly of semiconductor tools.
Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment, including etching, deposition, and lithography systems.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
Physical Effort/Activities May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
