Qualifications
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Arizona.
Bachelor's degree from an ABET‑accredited engineering program (Architectural Engineering preferred).
Minimum of 5 years' experience in consulting engineering.
Expertise in designing mechanical / plumbing systems, including:
Trane Trace load calculations, basic HVAC system equipment layouts, HVAC controls, and plumbing systems (equipment and fixtures).
Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD, along with tools like COMcheck, Excel, OneNote, and Word.
Strong organizational, logic, and reasoning skills to translate concepts into deliverables.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
