Flint Hills Resources Pipeline and Terminals is seeking a Construction Manager to join our Operations Group in Texas. This role provides on-site support at refined fuels terminals throughout the state as well as at our crude pipeline stations. The Construction Manager will ensure jobsite safety, environmental stewardship, coordination of contractors, and the mechanical integrity of installed equipment. They will work directly on site with contractor crews to review and mitigate risks during project execution and will be responsible for meeting EH&S, schedule, financial, inspection, and quality goals. This is a field-based role that involves working directly on-site with contractor crews. The selected candidate may be based in Texas, with a preference for East Texas, and travel is 75–85% including nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities

Inspect construction and maintenance projects according to Flint Hills Resources Pipeline and Terminal Technical Guidelines and applicable regulations. Adhere to safety guidelines and standards and promote a positive safety culture. Adhere to environmental standards and demonstrate environmental awareness. Control project cost and schedule within the area of responsibility. Make responsible field decisions to accomplish the required work. Ensure no leaks, spills, or releases and identify and mitigate risks on site. Physical Requirements

Frequent ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, pull, reach, handle, bend, twist, climb and balance; occasional sitting, kneeling, crouching and crawling. Willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment (hard hat, safety glasses, flame-resistant clothing, respirator, safety boots, etc.). Lift up to 50 pounds (frequent carrying up to 25 pounds). Ability to respond to audio alarms and communicate hazardous conditions clearly. Work near moving mechanical parts and in wet, humid, or outdoor conditions, at heights, and around fumes or hazardous chemicals. Basic Qualifications

5+ years of experience in pipeline construction and repair-related work. Valid driver's license. Up to 75–85% travel, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to meet physical requirements. What Will Put You Ahead

2+ years of experience with pipeline and terminal repair projects involving nondestructive testing, tanks, repair, and maintenance. Experience with inspecting and applying industrial coatings and linings; knowledge of excavation standards. Experience with tank construction and inspection codes (API 650, 653), pipe fabrication codes (API 1104, B31.4, B31.3); working knowledge of OSHA confined space requirements. Familiarity with 4-gas air monitoring and benzene monitoring equipment. Two-year Vocational Technical (Mechanical or Welding) or Construction Science Degree. Benefits and EEO
