contingent , float pool which offers the opportunity for an RN to work in a variety of settings throughout Henry Ford Health. Nurses float to where staffing needs are identified. This may be ongoing to fill an employee's hours that is on a leave of absence, call-ins, increase of census or to cover vacation requests. BestChoice/MISS offers flexibility, which allows an RN to achieve work-life balance, as your schedule is based around how often you want to work and requires minimal commitment.
