What You’ll Love
Mentorship & growth: Gain a dedicated mentor and hands-on training to help you become a confident, well-rounded clinician.
No prior in-home or home health experience required: Training, support, and mentorship to help you succeed.
Manageable caseload: See 6-8 patients per day on average to focus on delivering exceptional care.
1:1 care & 60-minute sessions: High-quality, individualized treatment with no double-booking.
Flexible schedule: You set your own schedule — no nights or weekends required.
Additional income & referral bonuses: Potential to earn more through treating additional patients or referring a colleague.

Who We’re Looking For
A licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in CT
Graduate from an accredited PT program
Current CPR Certification
Exceptional patient service, strong interpersonal skills, and clinical excellence with a desire to develop professionally
A passion for patient-centered care
Basic computer literacy

Compensation In Connecticut, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $120,000 annually with potential to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) are pro-rated.
