We strive to offer the highest standard of care to every client and patient that we see. Our hospital has a fully equipped surgical suite, digital radiology suite, digital dental radiology, cold laser therapy, acupuncture, and a in house diagnostic laboratory. Because of our hospital’s client-centered nature, this role requires your commitment to providing both patients and clients with the highest standard of care. Applicants must demonstrate professionalism, dependability, healthy and positive communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. Must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends. Certified Veterinary Technician
to join our expanding team and help us provide exceptional experiences. Pay range of $20-$21/hour based on experience. Responsibilities
Professional client communication and education, obtaining medical histories and symptoms Laboratory procedures including but not limited to: hematology, cytology, urinalysis, microbiology, blood chemistry, and fecals Diagnostic imaging and implementing safety protocols for fellow staff members Nursing skills including: restraining patients, administering medications PO/IV/SUBQ/IM, applying and maintaining bandages, proficient IV catheter placement and venipuncture, surgery prep, anaesthesia monitoring Proficient in dental prophylaxis Position Requirements
Veterinary Technician Certification or Licensure (CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT) or the ability to transfer credentials from state to state.
