Construction Project Manager K-12 at Jacobs. $110,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Ensure the progress and technical performance of a project, including contract management, project scope, schedule, and budget. Manage change management, project governance, and successful turnover to the client. Oversee project development from conception through completion in alignment with program objectives. Provide construction oversight, resolve complex project-related issues, mentor emerging professionals, and build long-term client relationships. Collaborate with clients, engineers, project managers, and contractors to deliver bold solutions for daily operations. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture 5+ years of experience in construction with multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects (7+ years preferred) Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrate leadership, and resolve critical issues for the project and client Strong knowledge of pre-design/pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology Desired/Preferred

Prior experience with K-12 building construction or other public projects Certifications such as CCM, PMP, PE or Architect license/certification Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $125,000.00. Within the range, pay is determined by work location and factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education or training.
