Assist Nurse Manager in managing the delivery of patient care for an assigned unit/area on designated shift. Uses the Nursing Process to plan, implement, direct and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Works collaboratively with all other disciplines on assigned unit. Qualifications
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: One year of acute hospital experience in specialty or area of clinical practice CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE: Current registration in New York State as an RN. 2-3 years NICU experience required. Education & Certifications
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. BSN preferred. BLS and ALS in Specialty Area as required Schedule & Compensation
Days w/ eo wknd & hols; 7a-7p Salary Range: $58.647/Hr to $67.526/Hr (Commensurate with Experience) Employment & Inclusion
