Responsibilities
Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment, and test drive vehicles before and after repairs.
Identify necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional service needs; complete online multi‑point inspection reports.
Document services performed and steps taken to complete each repair.
Perform services efficiently and in accordance with dealership/manufacturer guidelines.
Estimate parts needed for each repair.
Follow safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician.
Valid driver's license.
Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self‑motivated with ability to accomplish tasks with little supervision.
Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
Fast learner with good written and verbal communication skills.
Good customer service skills.
Team player.
Computer literate; able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
Clean criminal background and pass pre‑employment drug screen.
