Electrician Job Description
Join our team as commercial electrician. Will travel local in the area completing mostly commercial and some industrial projects. Responsibilities
Perform cable work in commercial and industrial environments. Run EMT, Rigid, and PVC conduits ranging from ½ inch to 4 inches, including operating manual and powered threading and bending equipment. Set up and pull cables and conductors in conduit using both manual and powered methods. Install and terminate lighting and various wiring devices as directed. Use power tools in accordance with safety and operational manuals. Take direction from supervision and accomplish tasks in a timely manner. Perform terminations on panels, equipment, and control systems as directed. Work may require overtime, which may not always be scheduled in advance. Essential Skills
Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in electrical and network work in commercial and industrial environments. Proficiency in running EMT, Rigid, and PVC conduits and using threading and bending equipment. Ability to set up and pull cables and conductors using manual or powered means. Competence in installing and terminating lighting and various wiring devices. Capability to use power tools safely and effectively. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in commercial construction and conduit bending. Ability to follow safety protocols with personal protective equipment: hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, and high-visibility vest. Why Work Here?
