Commercial HVAC Service Technician – Journeyman
EMCOR Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
Perform preventive maintenance such as vacuuming, cleaning, changing filters, and oiling parts.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
Adhere to safety procedures and use hand tools, equipment, and testing devices.
Qualifications
5+ years of field experience as a licensed HVAC Journeyman.
EPA 608 Universal Refrigeration Certification.
Commercial HVAC and refrigeration technician experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
Compensation Hourly rate: $48.41 – $56.95. Benefits provided through a collective bargaining agreement.
