About Your Master Electrical Technician Role
As our Master Electrical Technician, you'll be at the helm of our electrical division, working from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. With occasional on-call and weekend hours, you'll find yourself in the field, making real-time decisions that impact our customers and your team of electricians. Your schedule will be dynamic, driven by the needs of our clients and crew.
Here's What We Need From You
Master electrician license in NJ 10+ years of experience as a skilled tradesman in the electric industry Experience diagnosing, presenting & installing panels, outlets, breakers, etc. Experience running and training crews of electricians Experience in electrical sales and upselling to customers Experience in electrical management Willingness to take ownership of the electric department and grow our business A great team attitude
Having ServiceTitan Software Experience Is Preferred But Not Required.
