Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail-driven Project Manager / Estimator to support both the project management and estimating functions within our Commercial Construction team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in a design-focused, hands-on environment and is looking to grow in a fast-paced and collaborative setting. The role includes exposure to site evaluation, cost estimating, and project planning. Ideal candidates are analytical, organized, and eager to grow their career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Pay Range

$70,000–$80,000/year Key Responsibilities

Site & Property Assessment

Conduct site walkthroughs to evaluate existing conditions, including MEP, structural, and architectural systems Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to understand site constraints and opportunities Estimating & Budgeting

Perform material takeoffs, quantity surveys, and scope summaries from plans and drawings Assist in budgeting for build-out options, factoring in labor, materials, site conditions, and market conditions Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids Help prepare bid proposals, scopes of work, and bid packages Maintain historical cost data for future estimating Project Coordination

Support project schedules, budgets, and document management throughout the project lifecycle Track and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation Coordinate site activities with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders Attend and document project meetings, field visits, and progress check-ins RFP & Bid Package Development

Draft detailed RFPs and support the creation of comprehensive bid packages Organize and support pre-bid walkthroughs and manage contractor Q&A during the bid phase Assist in reviewing and comparing submitted bids for accuracy and completeness Work closely with internal teams across facilities management & leasing & design & construction to ensure alignment of project goals Maintain clear documentation and version control of all preconstruction deliverables Communicate design and scope visually and verbally to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Drafting & Design, or a related field preferred 1–3 years of experience in construction estimating, or project coordination (internships count) Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred but not required; familiarity with Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools a plus Experience with estimating/project management platforms (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Procore, Excel) Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and translate them into actionable scopes Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities What We Offer
