Junior Mechanical Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the planning, analysis, and design of mechanical systems across diverse engineering projects.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and field observations under experienced mentorship.
Develop technical documentation including reports, feasibility studies, and construction notes.
Support construction administration through data review, modeling, and calculations.
Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, CAD, BIM, and engineering simulation software.
Participate in cross‑functional team meetings and client engagements.
Gain practical, on‑the‑job exposure while working toward EIT and PE licensure.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline from an ABET‑accredited program.
Previous internship or co‑op experience in an engineering consulting environment is preferred.
Familiarity with mechanical design principles and engineering fundamentals.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; exposure to CAD, BIM, or analysis software is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for continued learning and development.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
