Join a respected and growing civil construction contractor delivering high-quality sitework and utility infrastructure projects across the Philadelphia region. We’re seeking a hands‑on Construction Superintendent who thrives in the field — managing crews, solving challenges in real time, and ensuring jobs are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This local leadership opportunity focuses on earthwork, grading, demolition, concrete, asphalt, and underground utilities. You’ll be the on‑site leader responsible for driving results and maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise daily field operations across multiple civil and site development projects Oversee subcontractors, field crews, and vendors to maintain performance and accountability Manage project schedules, budgets, and equipment to ensure on‑time delivery Partner with Project Managers, Engineers, and Inspectors to align resources and communication Enforce safety, permitting, and quality control standards on every project Serve as the primary on‑site contact for clients, inspectors, and management What You Bring
5–10+ years of supervisory experience in heavy civil, sitework, or utility construction Strong technical understanding of earthwork, grading, stormwater, and underground utilities Proven success delivering $1M–$3M site or infrastructure projects Knowledge of local codes, municipal permitting, and public works standards Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools Based within commuting distance of the Philadelphia metro area (PA, NJ, or DE) Why Join Us
