Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full-time
Quality Engineer
for their plant located just outside of Chattanooga, TN.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and resolve quality or production issues
Develop and maintain inspection standards for service parts
Resolve Supplier Quality Performance issues
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and internal quality concerns
Lead quality activities, including FMEA, PPAP, SPC, and failure analysis
Support internal, customer, and IATF audits; lead audit readiness efforts
Provide support to Quality Technicians and other staff as needed
Track and report monthly internal and external PPM metrics; identify trends and support corrective actions
Participate in Kaizen/continuous improvement efforts
Other activities as assigned by management
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in quality engineering or a similar quality role
Automotive manufacturing background is required
