This amazing opportunity is perfect for someone who is passionate about solving technical problems and loves to work with their hands. As a Controls Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing equipment issues, reading electrical diagrams, and maintaining HVAC/R and associated electrical systems.
Responsibilities
Programming experience in any language (e.g., Visual Basic, IFix, Sequel)
Troubleshooting AC/DC electrical systems
Reading electrical diagrams or schematics
Maintaining HVAC/R and associated electrical systems
Proficiency in troubleshooting and fixing equipment issues
Essential Job Functions
Plan, select, test, install, and maintain equipment
Convey technical information effectively
Find creative solutions to complex problems
Work with little to no supervision
Strong written and oral communication skills
Skills
Familiarity with Building Automation Systems, specifically Niagara and Tridium
Proficiency in AutoCAD or CAD software
Mechanical proficiency with hand tools
We offer competitive hourly pay ranging from
$35.00
to
$55.00 , along with benefits including medical and dental insurance.
