The Supply Chain function is essential to Tropicana Brand Group’s success by enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. By improving warehouse operations, optimizing transportation routes, and refining inventory management practices, the team plays a critical role in streamlining processes. Collaborating with other departments to align strategies, the Supply Chain team ensures that Tropicana meets customer demands while maintaining a high standard of performance and cost-effectiveness. Through their efforts, they contribute to both short‑term achievements and long‑term growth.
Your Next Pour: The Opportunity This position provides direct support to the Supply Chain team for Tropicana located in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Key Responsibilities
Leads maintenance technicians to achieve performance standards with regards to PM completion, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (breakdown analysis).
Oversees and assures facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime.
Aligns team agenda with Annual Operating Plan objectives. Maintains spending to budget.
Develops others by training frontline employees - setting expectations, providing feedback and recognizing and rewarding good performance.
Ensures compliance with all Health & Safety regulations.
Effectively communicate throughout all levels of the organization.
Identify gaps in performance, investigate root cause effectively and efficiently and implement counter measures to eliminate recurrence.
Administer company policies, procedures, and the collective bargaining agreement within the department.
Experience & Qualifications
3+ years’ work experience in a maintenance supervisory position with frontline employees required.
Experience in food and beverage industry preferred.
Strong employee relations, interpersonal, team building, and verbal/written communication skills.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP/CMMS.
Proficiency in TPM or LSS a plus.
Ability to function successfully in a fast paced, changing work environment.
Planning and organizational skills.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to flex schedule to accommodate production needs (some weekends will be required).
Foundational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably a B.S. in Science, Engineering, or Maintenance Technologies, or comparable work experience (at least 5+ years) in a high‑speed manufacturing environment; maintenance experience in a food and beverage environment preferred.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
Must be located in the Fort Pierce surrounding area or willing to relocate; approval to be onsite daily required.
