Seasonal Golf Course Maintenance Crew Member
Red Tail Golf Club –
Devens, MA Red Tail Golf Club is seeking motivated individuals to join our seasonal grounds maintenance team. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team that keeps the golf course in top playing condition. Job Responsibilities: Assist with daily golf course maintenance including mowing, raking bunkers, trimming, and course setup Operate basic grounds equipment under supervision Help maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or Assistant Qualifications: Reliable transportation to and from work (shift starts at 5:00 AM) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to work in all weather conditions No prior experience necessary (training provided), but experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is a plus Position Details: Seasonal position (remainder of golf season) Competitive hourly wage and golf privileges If you enjoy working outdoors and want to be part of a great team at one of Massachusetts’ premier golf courses, we’d love to hear from you!
