As we continue to build our Sales team locally, we are looking for several

“full-stack” Sales . You can call it Sales, Business development... What is important for us is the

mission: help companies transition to a more personal, proactive and holistic health partner. At Alan, Sales drive deals,

manage key customer relationships and help close strategic opportunities with prospects . You are directly responsible for educating prospects, providing inspiring product demonstrations, and onboarding companies’ key stakeholders as you make the transition from prospect to customer. We expect you to

understand, embrace and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method , which stems from the concept that the prospect experience is an inseparable piece of the overall Alan customer experience. You will make this experience pleasant, instructive and delightful by leveraging the most relevant messaging and materials (Smart) and by defining the high-touch strategy that suits each prospect (Soft). You should also look at the big picture and

help us grow and improve as a company . You’ll be a real team player beyond your role, challenging us to improve our product(s), methods and strategy, and getting involved in other projects relevant to growing our customer base. ⭐ Sales Team at Alan ⭐

We are looking for Business Development Representatives to help our Sales team sign more customers and help Alan become the number 1 insurer in Europe. You will work closely with Account Executives to generate new business by qualifying leads, prospecting and arranging meetings with the right stakeholders of top high-growth companies. We already serve Beobank, AS Adventure, Delaware, Vandemoortele, Airbnb, Pluxee, Easi, Cowboy and +1200 other exciting customers, with more in the pipeline. Being a Business Development Representative is the fast track to learning the ins and outs of sales. Working in tandem with Account Executives is a genuine opportunity to learn from the best. You will be responsible for: Generating meetings with prospects

to achieve company objectives, with prioritisation and high outreach personalisation to hit weekly targets. Develop outbound sales leads

and respond to product inquiries, run email campaigns to generate new sales prospects and maintain accurate tracking of communications in our CRM. Realise quick lead qualification

before routing leads to an Account Executive. Represent our company’s products

through deep understanding and research to match solutions to needs. Understand, embrace and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method , taking ownership of engaging with clients and closing deals. ⭐ Your profile ⭐

You will be a good fit to join the Sales team at Alan if you : You’re passionate about sales. Experience in Sales / Sales Development Representative roles, or customer-facing roles (Sales, Management consulting, Customer Success) is a plus Strong written & verbal communication skills (Fluency in English and French) Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills Empathy and a passion for understanding and solving prospects’ problems Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models A great attitude and ability to collaborate in a team Everything else is a plus; we value diverse experiences and backgrounds For this opportunity, we aim to hire within the A1-B1 level range Perks & Benefits
