Overview
The purpose of this job is to prepare the associate for placement in future professional and management roles throughout the Enterprise Performance Management department and to provide the associate with a knowledge and understanding of the department, services, and products of Trustmark as they relate both internally and externally.
Full- Time position located in Jackson, MS.
Must commit to a June 1, 2026 start date.
Responsibilities
Complete assigned rotations, such as Business Intelligence, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), and special projects and interact with multiple levels of employees and customers
Attend designated classes/training
Community Involvement
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Four-year college degree
Minimum GPA of 3.0 (cumulative)
Must pass Intermediate level Excel test
Detail Oriented, organized, analytical and demonstrated problem solving abilities
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to handle complex projects with a sense of urgency, adaptability to change innovation
Be tech savvy and results oriented
Have enthusiasm and genuine interest in developing a career with Trustmark and the financial industry
College degree in business or MBA preferred
College degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
