Senior Virtual Design Coordinator
in our
Charlotte, NC ,
Raleigh, NC ,
Greensboro, NC , or
Norfolk, VA
offices. This role involves overseeing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects across disciplines, serving as the main point of contact for BIM-related questions, and working within project budgets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project and client goals. Participate in beta testing of IMEG tools and procedures Develop IMEG-specific content Contribute to Virtual Design workflow development Collaborate with project managers on model setup and project scope Attend project meetings with clients and consultants, including BIM kickoff meetings Manage project folder organization, file sharing, and archiving Support team-specific Virtual Design software and escalate issues as needed Review models and PDFs for compliance with standards Maintain models applying best practices and standards Identify and lead training and education needs for BIM tools and standards Follow established modeling and documentation standards Coordinate workflows and models between offices and team members Required Skills and Abilities: Strong Revit knowledge, especially in project setup and management Ability to troubleshoot Revit and design software issues independently Knowledge of technical plan and model production techniques (preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite High professionalism Education and Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience; 10 years preferred This position is
