How You Will Contribute Assist in delivering large, complex client engagements by working with ADAS leadership to identify, design, and implement business solutions. Typical engagements include: Synthesizing insights from data, facts, and discussions Developing findings and strategic recommendations Implementing recommendations directly with clients Engagement in areas such as: Cost transparency, Margin Management, Pricing, Product Rationalization Sales & Marketing Effectiveness, Processes, Incentives Sales & Operations Planning Sourcing, Global Supply Chain Operations Management, Productivity Organizational Structure, Process Improvement S&A Cost Reduction, Working Capital, Cash Management Professional Skills Strong written, oral, and analytical skills Data analytics expertise (data science, BI, visualization) Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Structured project management skills Initiative, drive, critical thinking Results-oriented with ability to work under pressure Flexible, creative thinking, client relationship skills Qualifications U.S. Citizenship required due to client requirements Experience with a recognized strategy consulting firm 8-10+ years relevant experience Willingness to travel up to 80% Experience in Aerospace, Defense, or Aviation preferred Recent project leadership experience Your Journey at A&M We prioritize professional and personal development through continuous learning, training, and international assignments.
