Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests during their experience in our bakery Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating relevant information, monitoring production efficiency, holding the team accountable to company standards, and assisting in training and coaching team members Ensure a safe, clean working environment for guests and staff, adhering to safe food handling practices Manage cash handling and deposits Desired Skills/Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-focused role Experience with Point of Sale systems Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and results-driven Ability to lead by example and motivate others Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Legally eligible to work in the United States Must be 18 years or older to be employed About us:
